Web democracy is a web development gallery platform where the users get to vote on the next project. This is how it works:
First, the executives select project ideas (1 each) for the community to vote on, then the congress narrows the options down based on a vote of how many options there should be, then the voters vote on the options, and the dev starts building. The dev can veto the choice and ask the congress to slide a new choice in and revote up to twice, but each time, the congress can override with ⅔ majority. The winning game's first voter gets promoted to congress, and every 4 votes a congressperson chosen by the dev and executives is promoted to executive.
